MP Drags NPA to Court

[Ghanaian Chronicle]The Member of Parliament (MP) for Obuasi West, Mr. Kwaku Kwarteng, together with Development Data, has filed a writ at an Accra Fast Track High Court against the National Petroleum Authority (NPA) and four oil marketing companies, praying for an order to revoke their operating licenses, should they fail to comply with the Public Notice NPA.N.002 and Act 691 within a reasonable time set by the court.
