Three brand-new Hyundai Salon Cars have been awarded to Direct Sales Agents of Fidelity Bank for their hard work and outstanding performance in contributing to the growth in the bank’s deposits.
Also known as Fidelity Sales Ambassadors (FSA), an Awards night spiced with lively music and poetry has been organised by the bank to entertain and reward the team’s best performers.
This year’s awards ceremony is the sixth in a series and saw 15 people from across the country receiving awards for their selfless dedication to the job.
Ebenezer Awuah from the Suame Centre in Kumasi won the Overall Best Fidelity Sales Ambassador. He was awarded with a brand-new Hyundai i20 and a certificate of commendation.
Best Fidelity Sales Ambassador for the Spintex Centre went to Naomi Adamu, and that of the Fio Centre near Agbogbloshie went to Josephine Mensah Wilson. They were each awarded a brand-new Hyundai i10 car and a certificate of commendation.
1st and 2nd runner-up winners from all three centres were also awarded with assorted home electrical appliances ranging from double-door refrigerators, 43†LED TVs, Samsung Galaxy Tablets to Gift Vouchers and Cash prizes of GH₵500 each and certificates.
Presenting the awards to recipients Deputy Managing Director of the bank Mr. Jim Baiden commended them for their tremendous contribution to the bank’s growth.
He encouraged them to take every training workshop organised by the bank seriously so they can acquire the right banking skills for possible bigger roles in the bank.
The winners expressed their gratitude to management of the bank for appreciating and rewarding their efforts.
Fidelity Bank is currently the 6th largest bank in the country in terms of Industry deposits. The bank has to its credit 51 branches and 76 ATMs, and is currently implementing an Agency Banking strategy to operate from commercial shops, pharmacies and other convenient locations across the country.
