Citi FM has been adjudged the Best Radio Station for promoting tourism in the maiden Travel Jumia Awards held in Accra last night.
The awards, which is aimed at recognizing hotels and media houses that promote tourism in Ghana was also targeted improving customer care to attract more tourists into the country.
Speaking to Citi Business News after the awards, the Managing Director of Jumia Travels, Claire Staal stressed that Ghana’s tourism sector can greatly contribute to the GDP if customer care in the hotel Industry is enhanced.
