The Ghana National Gas Company (GNGC) will, from June this year, begin the supply of gas to the Aboadze Thermal Plant. It will begin with the supply of more than 70 million standard cubic feet of gas a day (MMscfd) to the plant and gradually increase it to 120 million MMscfd by the last quarter of this year. The Asere Division of the Ga State has inaugurated two committees to resolve disputes and conflicts, particularly cases pending before the law courts. The committees, made up of 13 members, were also mandated to review the present rules and regulations of Asere to bring it in line with modern trends. The Cconflict and Dispute Resolution Committee is chaired by Justice George Lamptey, a retired Supreme Court judge, and includes Mr George Heward Mills, aka Nii Otoblafo III, a legal practitioner. The
