A statement by the BHC said the Day is set aside for the feast day of Saint Andrew celebrated on November 30, each year in Scotland as an official national day, noting that “The day is evident of Ghana-Scotland relationship dating several years back which has resulted in collaborations in oil and gas and services sectors”.
