Accra, May 1, GNA – Jorge F. Lefebre Nicolas, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Cuba, has signed medical and academic services agreement with the Ministry of Health as a way of supporting quality health delivery system in the country.
