Tema , Jan 14, GNA - Abraham Baah Kwame Oyortey, 25, who is on a provisional charge of murder over the killing of Ms. Rosemond Nyampong, was on Monday remanded into prison custody by a Tema Magistrate Court.He is to re-appear on February 13.A Duplicate Docket on the case, would also be sent by the court to the Attorney General’s Office, for advise.This has been his third appearance before the court concerning the charge.On November 21, 2013, Rosmond, a worker at the Credit Department of Stanbic Bank, was found murdered in the kitchen of her rented apartment at Baatsona in Accra where she lived alone.The police later discovered the deceased’s Toyota Yaris saloon car at a car washing bay in Odumasi Krobo in the lower Manya District of the Eastern Region.Abraham was arrested by the police when he arrived at the bay to drive the car away.
