The group said the entrenched position taken by the assembly members to vote against Mr Muah, some few months ago, has stifled developmental initiatives in the Jomoro District.
Mr Joshua Emuah Kofie, Convenor of the Youth Group, said this during a news conference held at Nuba.
He expressed worry about some false information calling for the withdrawal of the DCE , which has gained currency on the social media, saying it did not represent the views of the people of Nubu.
Mr Kofie said Nuba is one of the leading cassava and coconut producing communities in the District but had no access to feeder roads to enable farmers cart their produce from their farms.
He said the sitting Assembly member, Mr Francis Kennedy Yankey, is yet to meet the community since his assumption of office.
Mr Kofie also took journalists round the Nuba township where it was discovered that a major asphalt overlay of the town roads which started in 2016 has been abandoned.
