Ho, Aug 03, GNA - Dr Archibald Yao Letsa, the Volta Regional Minister, has called on businesses headquartered in the National capital to consider opening branches in the Volta Region.
He said the Region had untapped potentials, which when harnessed would be mutually beneficial.
Dr Letsa made the call when he addressed the launch of the regional office of Deon & Neod International (DNI), an advisory, tax and assurance firm.
He said while some may doubt the business viability of the Region, corporate organisations who had extended their businesses to the Region had not regretted those decisions and making good gains.
Dr Letsa encouraged local businesses to seek professional help to change the face of their businesses and attract other investors.
Dr Christopher Kwame Sorkpor, Country Senior Partner, DNI, noted that the Region needed auditors and financial expects to revamp economic activities and promised exciting times with the opening of the Ho office.
He said despite some initial challenges, they built on encouragements and sustaining gains.
Dr Sorkpor said aside giving professional advice to its clients, the firm would offer training to young financial officers to meet demands of the market.
