CHINA: Beijing, July 03, GNA – The investment drive to accelerate socio-economic progress along the Belt and Road routes has been taken to a new level high with the inauguration of the Belt and Road Economic Information Partnership (BREIP).
BREIP brings together more than 30 institutions - news agencies, think tanks and research institutions, from 26 countries across Asia, Africa, Europe, Latin America and Oceania, to exchange economic information that would aid investors to decide where to put their money.
It provides the platform to share valuable information on investment opportunities in the various countries – local economic policies, laws and regulations, economic data analysis and industrial development.
The partnership is the brainchild of Xinhua News Agency and seen as vital for the implementation of the list of deliverables of the Second Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation.
Additionally, it is of positive significance for deepening the exchanges and cooperation between Chinese and foreign media and research institutions in the field of economic information.
