Takoradi (WR) Nov 27, GNA - The 1994 year group of the Takoradi Senior High Old Students Association (TADOSA) have donated learning and recreational materials worth hundreds of cedis to their Alma Mater.
The items included; six brand new desktop computers and accessories, a projector and seven footballs.
The year group also sponsored the 61st speech and prize giving day celebration on the theme "Facilitating Access to Secondary Education: A necessary Tool for National Development".
President of the year group, Mr Isaac Yankey Kum who presented the items, said the group would continue to support the school to improve on its academic performance.
He urged the students to make maximum use of the materials presented to them to enhance academic work.
The headmaster of the school, Mr Akoto Bruce expressed his profound gratitude to the old students for their continuous support to the upkeep of the school.
He particularly commended the 1994 year group for its immense contributions to the Development and growth of the 61 years old school.
Mrs Amy Thompson of the 1996 year group was also honoured with a citation for her hardwork and being a great pillar in organising old students activities.
