UEFA Referees Instructor David Ellary applauds young Ghanaian referee Issaka Afful

UEFA Referees instructor David Ellary has applauded young Ghanaian referee Issaka Afful tagging him as the next big thing for Africa in terms of officiating. Ellary, a former English referee who officiated the 1994 FA Cup final between Manchester United and Chelsea says the young Ghanaian referee looks promising and was excellent at the just ended UEFA Referees course in Zurich.
