Ghana FA technical chief Francis Oti-Akenteng has defended the constant practice of appointing assistant coaches before the substantive man.
Maxwell Konadu has been asked to step in on an interim basis as a search for Avram Grant's successor continues unabated.
Critics have argued the practice of appointing local coaches without approval from the substantive gaffer is unfair.
