Following the temporal takeover of Bolga All Stars by Tamale RFA Boss Alhassan Abdulai, technical director of the Utrecht Academy Baba Nuhu Malam has been named the interim coach of the club until a substantive manager is appointed.
Nuhu, a CAF Licences A certificate holder was in charge of the Utrecht Division One side, but will now take charge of the team when Kotoko visit the Utrecht Academy Park in Kasalgu on Sunday.
Baba Nuhu, a former footballer with coaching experience from the Utrecht Academy in Holland will have the difficult task of psyching the team to pick their second win in the Premier League over the mighty Asante Kotoko.
Abdulai Alhassan stepped forward to bid for a temporal takeover of the club following attempts by Nana Ameyaw to takeover the club and relocate to Techiman.
The takeover by Abdulai means Tamale will now have a Premier League side after RTU dropped to the Division One League and are still struggling to stage a comeback.
