American-born striker Charles Sapong scored two goals and set Philadelphia Union’s single-season goals record as they thump Orlando City 6-1 in the Major League Soccer.
Sapong scored his first goal of the game in the 26th minute before he completed his brace on the 74th minute of the clash.
The 28-year-old got his first of the evening in the 26th minute before he completed his double in the 74th minute to set a record for the only Union player to have scored 16 goals in a single season.
He has now scored 16 goals in 33 games for the Union this season.
Sapong was replaced by Dutch midfielder Roland Alberg in the 85th minute of the game.
