Dreams FC captain Leornard Owusu has joined Israeli side Ashdod FC, the club has confirmed.
The 21 year old initially joined the club in last month but his transfer was officially announced on Monday.
Dreams FC released a statement on their website to confirm his departure.
"Dreams Football Club is pleased to announce the transfer of Captain Leonard Owusu.
The exceptional midfielder has joined Israeli top-flight FC Ashdod on a season loan deal with an option for a three-year permanent deal.
Leonard has been instrumental in the Club’s success within the last three seasons as he led the team twice to seal Premier league qualification.
The midfield gem also led Dreams FC to win the 2018 off season GHALCA G8 tournament after scoring the winning goal against Accra Hearts of Oak at the Cape Coast Stadium.
Leonard Owusu played 10 games for Dreams FC in the current season, scoring 5 goals with 5 assists.
