Kwadwo Asamoah wants Inter Milan to record a good win against Parma on Saturday to prepare for their UEFA Champions League opener.
The Ghana international believes his teammates can build on the 3-0 win over Bologna before the international break.
Inter suffered an opening day defeat to Sassuolo and followed up with a 2-2 home draw against Torino.
"Today (Wednesday) I'm happy to be here and meet many fans,'' Asamoah said after signing autographs for fans as the club launched their third jersey.
''On Saturday, the Serie A restarts after the break, we are working well even if some national team players are still missing.
''It will be important to get a good result and then play in the Champions League . We have to meet Parma at its best to have an extra gear in Europe.''
Asamoah has featured in all league matches for Inter this season.
