Ghanaian midfielder Cameron Antwi scored a stunning last-gasp goal to earn Newport County a valuable point at Crewe Alexandra in the English League 2 on Wednesday evening.
The 24-year-old stole the show after helping the League 2 strugglers comeback twice in a thrilling encounter at the Mornflake Stadium despite playing the last 25 minutes without Courtney Baker-Richardson, who was sent off in the 65th minute.
The hosts had opened the scoring early through Emre Tezgel but Newport levelled three minutes after the break through an own-goal from James Connolly, who deflected in an Antwi long-range strike.
Josh March shot Crewe Alexandra into the lead again moment after Baker-Richardson was shown a red card.
But Antwi responded with a ferocious strike in injury time to ensure the spoils were shared.
Antwi, who previously played for Fulham and Blackpool during his developmental stages, has scored two goals in 18 games this season for Newport County.
