Ghanaian teen Foster Apetorgbor has completed his move to Norwegian topflight club Sandefjord Fotball.
The 18-year-old signed a five-year deal to join the Eliteserien side from African Vikings Academy Football Club in Ghana.
Apetorgbor, who previously played in the Ghana Premier League with Nsoatreman FC, arrives with huge potential and he is expected to play a vital role in Sandefjord's campaign.
"Foster is a very exciting signing. He is a young talent who has just turned 18 and who has trained with us this winter. We are signing him for five years, so we have to be patient because he is still young, but he has a long contract and has an x-factor that is very exciting offensively. We are looking forward to seeing him continue in the blue jersey," said the club's Sports Manager, Matteus Bardsen.
Meanwhile, the Ghana youth international believes the move is a big step for his career.
"I see this as a big step for me and my career and hope I can do good things for Sandefjord Fotball. I'm really looking forward to playing for Sandefjord," he said.
Apetorgbor could make his debut for Sandefjord this weekend in their game against Valerenga.
He will wear the number 17 jersey at Sandefjord this season.
