During this week, Managers and staff visited various service stations, made observations and actively served customers who drove through the forecourts. Exemplary leadership was demonstrated through the execution of under bonnet services, windscreen cleaning and marketing of various Total products.
Customers were particularly excited about this exercise put in place to enhance their total experience.
Management of the company used this as an opportunity to remind the station dealers, supervisors and attendants of the importance of housekeeping, product knowledge and good customer service.
The management of the company stated that customers should be assured of quality service and a friendly experience at every Total service station they stopover.
They added that their service stations are not only transit point but destination points with ultra-modern facilities such as lube bays, shops, car wash and eateries such as the new Mugg & Bean at Liberation- 37, the drive- through KFC at Tema Community 1 Stadium and the Pizza Hut at Tema Hospital Road.
Total service stations are currently going through a state of the art renovation with eco-friendly features to add up to the service delivery.
This ‘Top Service’ exercise which has been a habitual practice in the company over the years will still be carried on to continuously make Total the preferred service station in the country.
