Ernest Asante scores for FC Nordsjaelland in win over Odense

Ghanaian winger, Ernest Asante registered a goal for FC Nordsjaelland in their 2-1 away victory over Odense Boldklub in the Danish top-flight league on Monday evening.

The 28-year-old, who is ranked as the sixth fastest player in the world by FIFA, opened the scoring for FC Nordsjaelland in the 22nd minute at the at the EWII Park.

Danish striker, Anders Jacobson restored parity for Odense five minutes after the break before Croatian defender Karlo Bartolec grabbed the winner for the visitors in the 67th minute of the match.

Asante was replaced by Tobias Mikkelsen in the 90th minute while his compatriot Godsway Donyah lasted for the entire duration for Nordsjaelland.
