Ropapa Mensah’s goal nominated for USL goal of the Week

A wonder strike from Ropapa Mensah for Harrisburg City Islander’s has been nominated for the USL goal of the week award. The on loan attacker teamed up with his Ghanaian counterpart in Abass Mohammed to score the only goal of the game in a 1-0 win over Richmond kickers.

The lanky attacker saw his debut strike against Richmond Kickers nominated alongside four other players for the goal of the week award. The Ghanaian import is competing with household names like OKC Energy FC’s Miguel Gonzalez, Justin Dhillon of LA Galaxy II, Myer Bevan of Vancouver White Caps II and Octavio Guzman of Saint Louis FC.
