My heart is with Kotoko - Eric Donkor

Asante Kotoko defender, Eric Donkor, has professed his love for the Kumasi giants, saying his heart is with the club.

Donkor’s contract with Kotoko expired at the end of the 2017 season and the club is eager to extend his stay.

According to reports, talks to renew the deal has delayed because Donkor is demanding GHC 50,000 before signing a new deal.

But the former Windy Professionals defender says the reports are false adding that his heart is with the club.

“I have heard and read so many reports on social media speculating a lot of things but I will not comment because nothing is official yet.

“The team knows I have not quoted any such amount and my heart is with Kumasi Asante Kotoko,” he said.
