His widow, Valentina Ofori Afriyie could hardly bear her head up as her tribute to her late husband was read – she buried her head in her cloth and refused to be consoled.
His mother, Madam Felicia Asabea Ampenyin also required the support of her sisters in the final moments of her only son and child’s short-lived days on earth.
Tributes celebrated KABA’s meekness and selflessness, his forthright disposition and consummate professionalism.
Among mourners were the Mrs Samira Bawumia, wife of Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, Madam Frema Opare Osei, Chief of Staff; Minister of National Security Albert Kan Dapaah; politicians from various parties, executives of the Multimedia Group led by Chief Executive Kwasi Twum, journalists led by GJA president Affail Monney, traditional leaders and dancers young and old, and several social groups Kaba was either a member of or patron.
He was buried at the nearby Osu Cemetery.
