Vice President Bawumia taken ill; under medical observation

The Vice-President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia is undergoing medical observation after he reported feeling unwell.

He underwent several medical tests earlier Friday.

A short statement from the presidency signed by Communications Director Eugene Arhin did not state what he tested but expects to communicate further information.
