"We have overcome the situation that had us panicking and we are now warming up into the tournament.
"We welcome any country and we have no fears.”
Ghana began the tournament with a 0-0 draw with hosts Niger, before edging Togo 2-1 in their second and last group game to make the last four.
The Wafu Zone B Championship is in line with Caf's new resolution to play mini regional qualifying tournament to decide the final participants for the U-17 Afcon.
The top four teams at the Afcon will represent the continent at the World Cup.
