Nyantakyi is challenging his lifetime ban from football related activities at the Swiss court following an investigative piece by Anas Aremeyaw Anas which court the former GFA boss allegedly accepting bribe.
The former GFA boss was filmed by Anas Aremeyaw Anas allegedly accepting $65,000 in cash from the undercover reporter posing as businessmen seeking favours leading to his resignation from all football related roles.
However, he rejected the report as concocted and designed with special effects to get him out of office insisting the money was the promised reimbursement of the expenses he and others travelled to Dubai to meet the reports.
FIFA's ethics committee found Nyantakyi guilty last October on charges of bribery, corruption and conflict of interest and fined him him500,000 Swiss francs ($504,000). Read Full Story
