The four-time continental champions shockingly lost 1-0 against Namibia in their first pre-AFCON friendly match played at the Jebel Ali Centre of Excellence in Dubai last Sunday.
But the Kayserispor forward insists there is no cause for alarm and is confident they will arrive at the tournament in great shape.
“We have been working so hard for the past 10 days. The weather is also not helping but we still fighting, we pushing harder and harder.
The tournament is a different ball altogether but we happy there is no injury in camp. We go in there with all the players ready for the tournament,” Gyan told reporters in his post-match interview.
Ghana are pooled alongside defending champions Cameroon, Benin and Guinea Bissau in Group F for the 2019 Afcon.
