He said forging a close relationship among the key stakeholders of Accra Hearts of Oak would accelerate the develop of their idol club and transform it to become the most vibrant at both local and international levels.
Outlining his vision as chairman if he wins the election scheduled for Saturday June 22 in Accra, during an interview with Graphic Sports Online, Mr. Hesse Jnr said among his priorities was to establish an independent national office for the NCC that would serve as national secretariat to coordinate activities of all their operations.
He said the national secretariat, equipped with computers and their accessories, which would be established within six months into his term in office would also be a base for data collection of their members across the country.
“ As a Phobia supporter since childhood and an Executive member of the NCC over a decade, I know that data collection that captures all our supporters home and abroad would enhance planning and the implementation of policies and programmes that would yield positive results for our forward match” he explained.
He said he would also collaborate with the Ghana Education Service (GES) to initiate the ‘Catch them Young ‘ policy where their supporters in the Senior High Schools (SHS) to be known as VERSES would be identified and groomed into fully blown Chapters.
He said the amendment of their Chapter by-laws to reflect the current and future fortunes of the club, transforming Chapters in tertiary institutions to be organs of the NCC and allocating slots of the NCC to Old Players of the Club would also be part of his agenda.
“ If elect, we will not only revive all the Chapters through periodic fun games, healthy walks and funfair, but with the support of the NCC we shall help the regional chapters to establish offices for their operations and initiate new moves of mobilising supporters thorough the social media to make us more vibrant” he assured.
