LIVESTREAMING: Ghana vs South Africa ( U-23 AFCON)

After failing against Ivory Coast, the Black Meteors have another chance to grab an Olympic ticket against South Africa.

The two semi-final losers square it off for the last spot available to Africa.

South Africa were mauled 3-0 by Egypt while Ghana’s terrible penalty record was on display once again as the Meteors fell 3-2 to Ivory Coast on Tuesday.

Ibrahim Tanko reckons the Meteors deserve a place at the Olympic Games and today will prove if they indeed deserve to be part of Africa’s three reps at the tournament.

“It’s our last game in the tournament and it’s also a game that can qualify us to the Olympics so we will put in our best efforts to secure the ticket.


“We know it won’t be easy because both teams have been good in the tournament”, he added.
