Delta Capital Limited, an investment banking firm based in Accra, is penetrating the financial market with financial solutions for individuals and corporate bodies.
Delta Capital, which has distinguished itself by offering bespoke financial solutions and contributing immensely to the Ghanaian investment banking sector, also provides free investment advice and proposals.
Speaking to the Ghana News Agency in an interview, Professor Edward Marfo-Yiadom, Board Chairman, who also doubles as the Dean of the University of Cape Coast Business School, reiterated that the company had carved a significant niche in the financial market.
According to management, although the past three years presented a challenging economic environment for businesses, the investment banking firm, through prudent and efficient management practices, grew its assets under management, mobilising over GH¢16 million as clients’ investments, and doubled its clientele base in 2016.
The firm, which focused on customer satisfaction through investment portfolio management modules, ensured optimum returns, reduced risks and prompt access to cash by investors, which helped the firm to achieve a customer retention rate of 87 per cent, due to its prompt and excellent client management services.
“Delta Capital has experienced professionals who provide investment and advisory solutions to investors and small medium enterprises (SMEs).
Professor Marfo-Yiadom advised clients to seek free management and financial advice from the centre, to help set up and manage their businesses.
“The center helps clients to prepare business plans and proposals to solicit for businesses at no cost.”
He also indicated that the company was steadily penetrating the market with its products and timely services to clients.
“The company is pursuing growth strategy to double its customer base and assets under management with plans to open branches in Kumasi and Tema this year.
“Delta Capital also wants to increase its pensions fund portfolio, and is seeking to partner two trustees to develop a unique pension scheme for workers in the informal sector,” he said.
