Ghana has recorded a total of two hundred and four (204) cases of the novel Coronavirus. The current figure is an increment from the previous 195 confirmed.
Statistics from the Ghana Health Service indicates that out of the number, 115 were recorded during routine surveillance. 87 of the 115 are well/responding to treatment, 5 have died, 18 have been discharged and are being managed at home, 2 in critical condition, and 3 have recovered.
Again, 79 out of the 204 cases were recorded through the mandatory quarantine, in which 31 have been discharged and are being managed at home, 48 are well/responding to treatment.
With the mandatory quarantine in Tamale, all 10 confirmed cases are well/responding to treatment.
It would be recalled that one of the 10 confirmed cases in Tamale have escaped the quarantine facility, but it is not yet known if she has been found.
