Ashantigold SC beat Aduana Stars 4-0 at the Obuasi Len Clay Stadium on Friday, to make it five wins in the Ghana Premier League after fifteen matches.
The Ogya boys failed to break the deadlock of the game with many goal scoring opportunities going waste.
Aduana Stars dominated play within the first 10 minutes of the game.
The Miners came into the game later in the first half with some outstanding performances.
In-form danger man, Frank Akoto broke the deadlock of the game in the 27th minute from a spot kick.
A solo strike from Yaw Annor in the 30th minute doubled the lead for the Miners at the break.
Just after the break, Ashantigold SC announced their presence but this time with a brace from David Abagna Sandan to seal what will eventually be a 4-0 win at the end of the game.
AshantiGold will be tackling Dreams Fc at the Theater of Dreams in Dawu next week on match day sixteen.
Aduana Stars will also be taking on Inter Allies FC in a crunchy encounter.
