Robbers Kill Chinese Miner

A group of armed robbers on Saturday attacked some Chinese nationals allegedly engaged in illegal gold mining, popularly called galamsey, killing one of them. The incident, which occurred at about 8:30pm at Manso-Mpatasie in the Amansie West District of Ashanti, saw the robbers making away with several items, including cash, mobile phones as well as some gold.
