Four Grabbed For Kidnapping

Engineer Regiment, Christopher Quainoo, 27, and Isaac Larbi, 25, both unemployed. The suspects allegedly kidnapped an official of the Global Access Bank, at Lapaz, in Accra, and also extorted unspecified amounts of money from the bank?s customers. The team operates by placing Isaac Larbi at the bank to spy on customer activities, and relaying the message to them.
