The National Executives of the past students of the Northern School of Business in Tamale has presented assorted items as a contribution to the development of their alma mater.
The items included assorted textbooks of all subject areas, drugs for the school clinic, public address system, table tennis equipment, and a set of baton changing sticks.
Speaking at the presentation, Dr Danna Aziz of the Tamale Teaching Hospital and University for Development Studies expressed the hope that the books will contribute to better academic outcomes in the school.
He urged the students to work very hard by taking their academic work seriously to become assets to the country.
Receiving the items, Issah Alhassan Dokurugu, the headmaster of the school, also an old boy, thanked the association for coming to the aid of their alma mater.
Mr Dokurugu promised to put the books to good use to justify the kind gesture of the association.
