Renowned lawyer and former President of the Ghana Bar Association, Samuel Okudzeto has urged the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) to do all their arguments in court rather than engaging in public debates on the petition the NPP filed in court challenging the outcome of the December polls.

The Supreme Court will this morning hear the preliminary joinder motion filed by the NDC seeking to join the petition by the presidential candidate of the NPP, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo; his running mate, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, and the National Chairman of the NPP, Mr Jake Obetsebi-Lamptey, challenging the EC's declaration of President John Mahama as winner of the December 7 presidential poll as a respondent.
