Steau Bucuresti have parted ways with Sulley Muniru after a bust-up with teammate Floring Tanase
Brother of Sulley Muntari has his contract cancelled by the Romanian giants after serving two years of his 4-year deal.
Muniru, 25 joined Steau Bucuresti from CFR Cluj two seasons ago at a fee reported around 500,000 euros. He has made 61 appearances and scored four (4) goals at the 1986 European champions outfit.
However, the assistant manager of Steau Bucuresti has revealed that Muniru Muntari's deal with the club has been cancelled following a bust up with fellow teammate.
"Already Muniru has left. In fact, he has not yet signed the termination yet. They talked with him and we reached an agreement", he told Dica DigiSport.
"There was a situation with one of his colleagues.
According to the news Floring Tanase, the player who clashed with the Ghanaian midfielder has left the club after signing the termination deal.
Meanwhile Muniru Sulley is yet to sign the termination contract and leave for free.
