The brilliant girl happens to be the senior prefect of Intellectual Giants Christian Academy and is running the affairs of the Abia state with the support of other 19 students, all of whom emerged as the top 20 performers.
According to Africanspotlight.com, governor Joy Chikamnayo inspected the ongoing reconstruction of Aba Road in Umuahia where Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Works, Mr. Nwala conducted her and the team round.
