The Inspector General of Police (IGP) David Asante-Appeatu has been given a 2 week ultimatum to arrest the insecurity issues in the country.
The ultimatum was announced after the IGP, Interior Minister, Defence and interior committee of Parliament, National security minister met on recent security happenings.
They believe crime knows no political colours and that armed robbery activities need to be curbed.
The country has recorded spate of robberies with the recent one being a Lebanese man who was killed after withdrawing some money from the bank.
