Mr. Chai said one means of ensuring that, was to contribute towards the empowerment of the human resource base of Ghana, which China was currently doing.
He said the Chinese government was also encouraging Chinese companies to make more investments in Ghana, towards increased mutual gains for the two countries.
Mr. Godwin Brocke, Chief director, Head of civil Service, Ghana, presented a plaque to Mr. Chai, in recognition of the Chinese Embassy's contribution towards human resource development within the Civil Service.
