'Avoidable show of shame' as Black Queens vow to march to parliament TODAY to demand bonuses
Ghana's Black Queens will protest outside parliament in Accra today (Thursday) over unpaid bonuses barring any last minute resolution to the 'avoidable' impasse.
Their intended protest is aimed at demanding their pound of flesh after finishing third at the 2017 Africa Women's Championship in Cameroon.
The players are owed several thousands in bonuses and per diems.
The team has converged at the Ghana FA where they are are demanding the payment of their entitlements.
The Queens shelved plans to demonstrate against the outgoing government but appears it will go on as planned if their demands are not met today (Thursday).
