GNPC Foundation rolls out 'Time with the Scholars'

The Executive Director of the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC) Foundation, Dominic Eduah has met some beneficiaries of the Foundation’s Annual Scholarship Scheme at the Takoradi Technical University (TTU) in the Western Region.

This event marked the first of many visits with GNPC scholars nationwide, which has been dubbed, “Time With The Scholars", a programme intended to motivate students on the Foundation's scholarship scheme and encourage them to go give back to their various Communities.

At the meeting, Mr. Eduah, along with the Head of Media for the Foundation, Moses Antwi Benefo and a Foundation liaison between the students and the Foundation, met with over 60 young men and women to talk about their progress in school, as well as their challenges.

Mr. I Eduah informed the students that a committee had been put in place to iron out the kinks in the scholarship scheme to enable it to run smoother and for payment delays to become a thing of the past.

The Executive Director will, in coming months, pay a visit to the Foundation’s scholars in other institutions including the University of Cape Coast (UCC), Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), University of Ghana (UG), University of Development Studies (UDS) and many others.
