Kean was injured while blocking a clearance after 73 minutes, and his replacement KylianMbappe scored twice, with Neymar involved in both.
PSG move top with a sixth Ligue 1 win in a row, having lost their opening two games. Dijon, who are bottom on two points, had plenty of chances to score and did not deserve a heavy defeat.
Meanwhile, Sunday’s game between Lens and Nantes has been postponed after 11 members of the home team tested positive for coronavirus.
A Ligue 2 game between Grenoble and Nancy has also been postponed.
