Parents, Drivers Violate Road Traffic Act

The lives of several number of little children in the Ashaiman Municipality and its environs are endangered daily as many parents, guardians and drivers carry them on the front seats of vehicles in a manner contrary to Act 683 of the Road Traffic Act of 2004 the Times has observed.
