Uber has fired more than 20 employees as part of its internal proble into sexual harrasment at the company, according a Bloomberg report citing an anonymous source on Tuesday.
The company announced the news internally on Tuesday, noting that an investigation by outside law firm Perkins Coie looked into 215 claims of sexual harassment, taking no action in 100 instances, Bloomberg said.
The Perkins Coie investigation is apparently separate from a probe being conducted for Uber by Eric Holder, the former US Attorney General. Holder has given his recommendations to Uber's board, though it's not yet clear what his findings or recommendations are.
Uber was not immediately avaiable for comment.
