Photos/Video: Stephanie Benson’s expensive bike grabs attention

Singer Stephanie Benson caught the attention of many people in front of Joy FM when she showed up on a Rewaco three-wheeler Trike for an interview on Friday.

Several people, in sheer admiration for the singer and the bike, pulled out their mobile phones to capture or video the three-wheeler before Stephanie left the station premises.

As she walked up to mount the bike to leave after her interview on the Cosmopolitan Mix on Joy FM with Doreen Andoh, some people who were overwhelmed by the sight just ‘wow’.

It was not surprising that some drivers slowed down to catch a glimpse of the Rewaco Trike.

The bike, myjoyonline.com gathers, could cost more than $50,000 depending on its custom features.

The singer will not disclose how much she spent on the bike but she said it is custom made, has a 1.8 engine and it is 1800 cc.

Ms Benson told myjoyonline.com that she has had the Rewaco Trike for close to 10 years.

“I’ve had this for 10 years, I’ve been a biker for 18 years…I sought of gather bikes, this is the oldest of my fleet,” she said.

She also disclosed that she owns a Boom Trike Fighter, which is in the same family as the Rewaco Trike.

According to her, she is an avid biker and she rides “as often as I can. The fresh air is so amazing.”

Whenever she rides, she grabs attention.

“I think most people will look” and say, ‘a woman is riding a bike’ “and people are intrigued by the sight of it.”

To the singer, explained that safety is very prime to her, therefore, has ensured that it is “very safe…it’s like a car…it’s like what you call a tricycle.”
